SUMMER STAGE POLICIES
REGISTRATION
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and will close when the maximum number of students are enrolled.
A waiting list will be kept for programs closed due to full enrollment until the first session.
Wait-listed registrants will be notified by email if a spot opens up.
Programs must meet minimum number of registered students. There is no pro-rating for missed class sessions. There are no makeup classes.

PAYMENT
There are absolutely no refunds or credits given.  Students may not participate in class without full payment and completed registration form.
Alternate Payment Plans are available.  They must be made by prior arrangement with the registrar.  Post-dated checks for the balance must be submitted.

ADDITIONAL FEES
STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE $30 per semester
RETURNED CHECK FEE $30
CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE will be automatically included when paying by PayPal

ABSENTEE POLICY
If unable to attend due to illness, students are required to notify CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS by calling or texting 914.393.7321

LATENESS

Classes begin and end on time.  Please contact Rene if your child will be late.

DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Drop off and pick up will be at classroom, G4, located down the hall from the Bookstore (#5 on the campus map). There is ample parking. near the side entrance.
              Each morning at drop-off parents will sign in with the administrator.
             Upon dismissal they will sign-out with the administrator before the student is released.
              If someone other than the parent will be dropping off and picking up, a permission form with the person’s name and phone number
              must be providedA photo I.D will be required to be shown at pick-up.
             We reserve the right to charge $20 per half hour for late pick-up.
               Classes are closed for observation except by director permission.

CLASS/REHEARSAL ATTIRE
Students will be given a Summer Stage tee-shirt and are encouraged to wear it often. Students are required to wear appropriate, easy-to-move-in clothing: Shorts, Leggings,
Teeshirts, Sneakers. Please no jeans, short-shorts, bare mid-riffs, flipflops,crocs or sandals. For Dance Classes - Sneakers and/or Jazz shoes and Ballet shoes are required.

LUNCH & SNACKS
 
***WE ARE A NUT-FREE ENVIRONMENT, please do NOT bring Snacks or Lunches with nuts. ***
We HIGHLY recommend students bring their own lunch daily in a cold pack and two healthy snacks and water bottles or containers that can be re-filled.A limited lunch menu may be purchased at the Mercy College cafeteria if you wish.Snacks may be purchased ONCE a day from the candy/ice cream concession machines. 
              $10 per lunch and one snack will be more than adequate. PLEASE Bring money in a separate envelope and hand it to Rene at sign in.
 
WHAT TO BRING
 SUNSCREEN & BUG SPRAY Out-door activities will take place daily, weather permitting.
  AUDIO CASSETTE or DIGITAL RECORDER for recording music parts.
  NOTEBOOK and PENCILS for taking notes.
  BACK PACK to keep all your belongings together.
  A BINDER to hold the materials used throughout the process
