CAST CONTRACT

§ I understand the rehearsal schedule and the time commitment involved.
§ I have noted all conflicts.
§ I will attend ALL rehearsals properly dressed: NO JEANS, CROCS, BOOTS, SANDALS or UGS.
§ I will be on time and ready to work.
§ I will be prepared and memorize my lines, music by the DATES TBA
§ I will be prepared and learn all choreography by due dates and practice, practice, practice.
§ I will do my very best at all times.
§ I will listen, cooperate and respect my entire cast, production staff and crew.
§ I will notify the office of illness, lateness and emergencies at 914.400.7428. If I have
more than TWO UNEXCUSED absences, I may be cut from a number or re-cast.
§ I understand that I am expected to leave the rehearsal space tidy, removing all personal belongings and that there is no gum chewing, eating or drinking (except water) in the theater except in designated areas. Clocktower Players, Inc. policy reserves the right to exclude anyone from activities who fails to abide by the policies, rules and practices of the organization.
§ Everyone is REQUIRED to bring a recording device to all music rehearsals
§ EVERYONE must be OFF BOOK 1 month from announcement of cast
§ Leaving the rehearsal space on breaks is not permitted.
§ Outside visitors are not permitted during rehearsals.
FAMILY PARTICIPATION
Parents agree to provide needed support to the CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS family by:
  • making SURE lines and songs are memorized by DATE TBA
  • making SURE costumes pieces and shoes are brought in when they are due
  • making SURE you provide a labeled water bottle and lunch or snack for the longer rehearsals
  • be willing to volunteer if needed for ushering, set painting and cast party
  • purchase/sell ad(s) in the playbill(s)
  • attend at least one other production of the season
  • consider purchasing Clocktower merchandise at our storefront
