DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Drop off and pick up will be at the
front entrance of the American Legion (215 Farragut Ave)
Each morning at drop-off parents
will sign in with the administrator.
Upon dismissal they will sign-out
with the administrator before the student is released.
If someone other than the parent
will be dropping off and picking up, a permission form with the person’s name
and phone number must be provided. A
photo I.D. will be required to be shown at pick-up.
We reserve the right to charge $20
per half hour for late pick-up
Classes are closed for observation
except by director permission.
WHAT TO BRING
***Do NOT bring Snacks or Lunches with nuts***
SUNSCREEN & BUG SPRAY Outdoor
activities will take place daily, weather permitting.
BATHING SUIT & TOWEL for water activities. Towels will be used every day, swimsuits will not.
NOTEBOOK and PENCILS for taking
notes.
BACK PACK to keep all your belongings together.
SUMMER STAGE ATTIRE
Students will be given a Summer Stage tee-shirt and are encouraged to wear
it often. Students are required to wear appropriate, easy-to-move-in clothing: shorts, leggings, tee shirts, sneakers.
Please no jeans, short-shorts, bare mid-riffs, flipflops, crocs or sandals.
COSTUMES will have a homemade feel. Most of it can
come right from your closets!
Clocktower will provide any specialty items.
Costume requirements will be sent out during the second week of Summer Stage.
