• If you wish to create your own ad, acceptable file types are: JPEG,PDF, TIFF, or GIF.
• Word files are only acceptable if the text is separate from images—no embedding
images in the Word file.
• We offer basic design services only once material is sent in, the ad will be designed to
reflect the playbill look and feel.
WE CAN NOT PROVIDE PROOFS.
• Ads are placed at the discretion of Clocktower Players. Placement requests except for
Centerfold, Inside Front, Inside Back or Back Cover are not possible.
You must label the SHOW you are ordering for and the SIZE OF AD.
You must LABEL photos and artwork with name of person submitting order.

AUDIENCES comprise patrons from Hastings, Dobbs, Irvington, Ardsley, Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow, Scarsdale,Edgemont, Nyack, White Plains, Yonkers...and more!
AVERAGE AUDIENCE SIZE: 300 per performance
