CAST CONTRACT
§ I understand the rehearsal schedule and the time commitment involved.
§ I will attend ALL rehearsals properly dressed: NO JEANS, CROCS, SANDLES or UGS.
§ I will be on time and ready to work.
§ I will practice, practice, practice – at least fifteen minutes every day.
§ I will be prepared and memorize my lines, music by NOVEMBER 18.
§ I will be prepared and learn all choreography by due dates.
§ I will do my very best at all times.
§ I will listen, cooperate and respect my entire cast, production staff and crew.
§ I will notify the office of illness, lateness and emergencies at 914.400.7428. If I have
more than TWO UNEXCUSED absences, I may be cut from a number or re-cast.
§ I understand that I am expected to leave the rehearsal space tidy, removing all personal belongings and that there is no gum chewing, eating or drinking (except water) in the theater except in designated areas. ITHT Foundation policy reserves the right to exclude anyone from activities who fails to abide by the policies, rules and practices of ITHT Foundation.
FAMILY PARTICIPATION
Parents agree to provide needed support to the CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS family by:
- encouraging your child to practice at least fifteen minutes every day.
- making SURE that students bring a recording device in order to have vocal parts on tape.
- making SURE lines and songs are memorized by NOVEMBER 18.
- making SURE costumes pieces and shoes are brought in when they are due.
- making SURE you provide a labeled water bottle and lunch or snack for the longer rehearsals.
- being willing to volunteer if needed for ushering, make-up, set painting and cast party
- purchase/sell ad(s) in the playbill(s)
- attending at least one other production of the season.
- consider purchasing Clocktower merchandise at our storefront
