more than TWO UNEXCUSED absences, I may be cut from a number or re-cast.
 I understand that I am expected to leave the rehearsal space tidy, removing all personal belongings and that there is no gum chewing, eating or drinking (except water) in the theater except in designated areas. Clocktower Players policy reserves the right to exclude anyone from activities who fails to abide by the policies, rules and practices of Clocktower Players, Inc.

FAMILY PARTICIPATION
Parents agree to provide needed support to the CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS family by:
• making SURE lines and songs are memorized by MARCH 19
• making SURE costumes pieces and shoes are brought in when they are due
• making SURE you provide a labeled water bottle and lunch or snack for the longer rehearsals
• be willing to volunteer if needed for ushering, make-up, set painting
• purchase/sell ad(s) in the playbill(s)
• attend at least one other production of the season

Wow was this tough. While there were many combinations of cast lists available to us because of the immense amount of talent within the group, this is truly the right one and I am very confident and happy with our decision. We could see so many of you in multiple roles but we had to play the strengths of each individual and use them correctly to the benefit of the entire company and production. Some of you are so perfect for your parts that we just had to place you where we did. You all really "brought it". I was so impressed with EVERYONE's progression and growth from the beginning of the audition process up until the very last minute of the end. We are already making strides and heading in the right direction!

more than TWO UNEXCUSED absences, I may be cut from a number or re-cast.

§ I understand that I am expected to leave the rehearsal space tidy, removing all personal belongings and that there is no gum chewing, eating or drinking (except water) in the theater except in designated areas. ITHT Foundation policy reserves the right to exclude anyone from activities who fails to abide by the policies, rules and practices of ITHT Foundation.

Parents agree to provide needed support to the CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS family by:

making SURE lines and songs are memorized by MARCH 15
making SURE costumes pieces and shoes are brought in when they are due

CAGLE McDONALD STEPS INTO CINDERELLA PRODUCTION

Clocktower Players Artistic Director, Cagle McDonald, stepped in as step-sister Grace at the Sunday, November 7 performance of Clocktower Players production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s CINDERELLA at the Irvington Town Hall Theater. McDonald leapt into the role, without rehearsing, after talented cast member Liz DiMeo of Larchmont suffered a fall and could not perform.

The audience cheered when McDonald took the stage. “Cagle was fantastic!,” said 11-year old Clara Charles, who is in the Clocktower Players Jr. Teen Troupe. It was the first time she had seen her director perform on-stage. “She was hysterical!” raved 10-year old Sophia Carvahlo who attended the Sunday matinee.

McDonald performed again on Wednesday at 10am for a special school performance of the show for Irvington's Dows Lane second graders, and children from schools in Queens, Connecticut and Bronx. It was the first time for many of these children to experience live theater, and to see some of their beloved teachers involved in a production; Sarah B. McCoy (Cinderella), Jonathan Mesisca (Prince), Josue Jasmin (Dancer/choreographer).

McDonald will perform as Grace for Ms DiMeo for the final time on Saturday, Nov 13 at 2pm. Ms. DiMeo is expected to be back onstage Sat night at 7:30pm and for the final performance Sunday Nov 14 at 2pm.

CAST CONTRACT

§ I understand the rehearsal schedule and the time commitment involved.

§ I will attend ALL rehearsals properly dressed: NO JEANS, CROCS, SANDALS or UGS.

§ I will be on time and ready to work.

§ I will be prepared and memorize my lines, music by NOVEMBER 2

§ I will be prepared and learn all choreography by due dates and practice, practice, practice.

§ I will do my very best at all times.

§ I will listen, cooperate and respect my entire cast, production staff and crew.

§ I will notify the office of illness, lateness and emergencies at 914.400.7428. If I have

more than TWO UNEXCUSED absences, I may be cut from a number or re-cast.

FAMILY PARTICIPATION

Parents agree to provide needed support to the CLOCKTOWER PLAYERS family by:

making SURE lines and songs are memorized by NOVEMBER 2
making SURE costumes pieces and shoes are brought in when they are due
making SURE you provide a labeled water bottle and lunch or snack for the longer rehearsals
be willing to volunteer if needed for ushering, make-up, set painting and cast party
purchase/sell ad(s) in the playbill(s)
attend at least one other production of the season
consider purchasing Clocktower merchandise at our storefront
